How project will be financed
Phasing
It may not be possible to take up the work for the whole city at a time and the work may have to be prioritised. The investment phasing may be done considering:
- Flood prone areas
- City centre, commercial centre and densely populated areas
- areas where quality of ground water is adversely affected by permeable storm water.
