NCRPB is implementing an advisory Technical Assistance (TA) project, approved by Asian Development Bank, for Capacity Development for the NCRPB and its various implementing agencies in the area of planning and financing of urban infrastructure and to impart necessary skills to conceive, design, develop, appraise and implement good quality infrastructure projects for planned development of the NCR.
Under this project, a number of model sector/infrastructure plans, model Detailed Project Reports, sample appraisal reports, assessment/gap reports were prepared for the guidance of NCRPB and implementing agencies. To enhance value of the foregoing reports in the capacity development of the NCRPB and various implementing agencies, a number of toolkits and manuals have been prepared in the following two broad areas.
