Planning - Roles and Functions

The duties and functions of the planning wing at NCRPB are as follows :

Plan Preparation

• To prepare regional plans and functions plans in accordance with overall mandate.
• To enable states to prepare sub-regional plans.
• To help states implement the hierarchy of plans through development of appropriate projects.
• To participate in the financing process of bankable projects developed above.
• To monitor and review implementation of hierarchy of plans.
• Several other aspects concerned with the proper development of the NCR Region.
