Planning - Roles and Functions
The duties and functions of the planning wing at NCRPB are as follows :
Plan Preparation
To prepare regional plans and functions plans in accordance with overall mandate
To enable states to prepare sub-regional plans
To help states implement the hierarchy of plans through development of appropriate projects
To participate in the financing process of bankable projects developed above
To monitor and review implementation of hierarchy of plans,
Several other aspects concerned with the proper development of the NCR Region
