The interest rates have been recently revised by the Board a copy of the letter no. issued in this regard issued to the State governments and the implementing agencies was issued vide letter

Sub: Revision of Interest Rates and other terms & conditions on loans

given by NCR Planning Board.

I am directed to inform that the interest rates on loan assistance from NCR Planning Board for various types of projects, have been revised as under :-

SI No.	Types of projects/Category	Revised Interest rates (without rebates/incentives)*
1.	Priority Infrastruture Projects for Supply, Sewerage, Sanitation, Drainage, SWM and Roads, ROB's & Flyovers	8.25% p.a
2.	Land Development for Residential/Industrial/Commerical Projects and other Infrastructure Projects.	9.50% p.a.

*(NCRPB reserves the right to revise the interest rates as and when necessary).

2. The revised rates of interest shall be applicable for all fresh releases of loan installments both for on-going as well as new projects.
